The analysis panel reads the list for you: a Critical Risk count of items at zero stock that may be costing sales, Capital Concentration showing how much of your stock value sits in one item, and a Restock Required count.

Open an item's stock ledger

Move with ↑ ↓ and press Enter (or click the row). The Stock Ledger shows every inward and outward movement for the period with the voucher, batch number and running balance. Use Print for a hard copy, and the drop-down to switch to another item.

Add an item

Click Add Item or press Alt+N on this screen. From anywhere else, Alt+I opens the same form.

A negative closing quantity means a sale was recorded before the purchase or opening stock. Fix the opening stock on the item or book the missing purchase, unless Allow Negative Stock is on by design.
