Where it is
On the right of the Gateway, under AI Audit Log. It shows Monitoring, the Last Scan time and a note that it is evaluating financials, compliance and risk. The scan runs each time the Gateway loads, so the alerts always reflect the books as they are now.
Common alerts
| Alert | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| High Credit Exposure | Sundry Debtors are unusually high compared with payables; cash could get stuck | Click Send Payment Reminders, then review the oldest balances in Ledgers |
| Negative cash balance | Cash in hand has gone below zero, so an entry is missing or wrong | Open the cash ledger for that date and find the missing receipt or contra |
| E-way bill needed | An invoice above the threshold has no e-way bill | Go to E-Way Bills and generate it |
| Data Integrity Scan | Reports duplicate ledgers or GSTINs that do not match the ledger's state; a clean result says no issues found | Merge duplicates, correct the GSTIN or state on the ledger |
Severity
| Level | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Critical | Fix now, before posting more entries |
| High | Act this week |
| Medium | Review when you can |
| Info | For awareness |
How to work with it
Treat the log as a morning checklist. Clear critical and high items first; most take a minute once you know which ledger or voucher they point to. If an alert keeps returning, the cause is usually a master (a ledger's state or group) rather than a voucher.
The limits behind these checks, such as the cash thresholds, are maintained in the Help Center under AI Rules.
